Above Zero is looking to hire for the position of Content Manager who will mainly be responsible for producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing a content team, among other tasks. This person should be able to find creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics to inform the content strategy. Here, content is defined as organic social media, multimedia articles, blog posts, images, videos, ad copy, and or newsletters.



  • Writing, editing and proofreading content. Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
  • Plan and execute a content cross-platform strategy that drives high engagement
  • Collect, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed
  • Cooperate with the core teams to create content and monitor its effectiveness over time
  • Manage and coordinate the distribution of content across all channels



  • Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing (HTML and basic web code understanding a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content marketing campaigns
  • Strong Google Analytics, WordPress and Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator skills (or other CMS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Any of the Following Areas: Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration
  • Must be Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written, and verbal skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and understanding of digital advertising campaign metrics a plus
  • Demonstrate ability to drive projects, collaborate with different teams, set goals and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate hunger and curiosity to learn new marketing technologies, trends and business models
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising campaign metrics a plus
