Before founding Above Zero, Leo made positive impacts at WPP and Omnicom companies alike. When he’s not cooking up powerful ads, you can find Leo in the kitchen exploring and re-engineering global cuisines.

Steven is an ad expert with a passion for problem solving. He’s led strategy and operations for major brands, supervised accounts like Coca-Cola and PetSmart, and optimized campaigns of all sizes. Steven believes in tinkering to find the best solution and getting his hands dirty—which is probably why he loves fishing, grilling, and venturing outdoors.
