DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire a Solution Architect who will be responsible to lead the clients’ technical team through aiding best practices support and deployment of IT solutions through ServiceNow processes for IT solutions clients.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Business Process Consultant to guide the client to decisions that provide value for their business while adhering to industry and best practices.
- Understand and explain industry and ServiceNow best practices.
- Lead the technical implementation of delivery projects, including conducting demos and working sessions, gather and prioritize requirements from the client, advice on good practices and recommend solutions alongside the technical team; assign work, review and mentor the technical team.
- Design solutions to maximum value while minimizing technical debt.
EXPERTISE
- 4 years relevant experience as administrator or developer of ServiceNow platform
- 4 years relevant experience with direct interaction with client customers.
- Experience with ITIL framework, ServiceNow solutions and configurations, JavaScript, Dictionary Overrides, UI and Data Policies.
- Familiarity with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
- Process oriented with strict attention to detail and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
- Organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Powerpoint and Excel skills, including pivot tables, chart marking, and manipulation of large data sets
- BA/BS in IT with a strong academic record
- TOEFL/TOEIC certificate is preferred
- Understanding of computer softwares and programs such as Microsoft Office
- Work Remotely and With Schedule Flexibility
- Work Independently Without Direct Supervision
