DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire a Technical Consultant who will be responsible for providing high level support and deployment of IT solutions through ServiceNow processes for IT solutions clients.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand industry and ServiceNow best practices.
• Understand products and service offerings.
• Participate in the implementation of delivery project, including gathering requirements and detail requests from the client, participate in design developments with the Solution Architect, implement requested requirements in agile tasks and stories.
• Understand and follow through methodologies, development standards and policies.

EXPERTISE

• 2 years relevant experience as administrator or developer of ServiceNow platform
• Experience with ITIL framework, ServiceNow solutions and configurations, JavaScript, Dictionary Overrides, UI and Data Policies.
• Process oriented with strict attention to detail and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
• Organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Powerpoint and Excel skills, including pivot tables, chart marking, and manipulation of large data sets
• BA/BS in IT with a strong academic record
• TOEFL/TOEIC certificate is preferred
• Understanding of computer softwares and programs such as Microsoft Office
• Work Remotely and With Schedule Flexibility
• Work Independently Without Direct Supervision
